Pressure Vessels Fabrication

Equipment Fabricators has been in the field of fabrication of Pressure vessels for over 30 years. We have the capability to fabricate pressure vessels such as Reactors, Fermentors and Bioreactors. Besides these we also have the capability to fabricate other pressure equipment such as Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers, Re-boilers, Distillation systems etc. in Stainless Steel and Nickel alloys.

All fabrication is done considering cGMP and clean ability through SIP and CIP.

Our Engineering and design of Pressure vessels is in accordance with the latest editions of ASME Sec VIII Div 1. We also incorporate the Latest Guide Line of ASME BPE for Bio-processing and Pharmaceutical Vessels. All Our Welders are qualified as per ASME Section IX through an internationally renowned third party.

Quality Control
We have an in-house QC Department which is led by AWS and ASNT Qualified personnel with a very stringent in-house quality standard that covers 100% material traceability of all raw material and welding consumables.
